Q. Is my 'card payment' through 'Protx' safe and secure?

A. All transaction information passed between 'Shop4Accessories.co.uk' and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once in the Protx systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A. For ease of purchase we ensure that the price you see on our website includes the shipping charge. However, we do offer alternative shipping options, therefore, for a full breakdown please see the 'Shipping Charges' in our 'Quick Links' section.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to the majority of countries in 'Europe' and 'Rest of the World.' However, should you require confirmation then please email us at 'sales@shop4accessories.co.uk'.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been despatched. For UK orders please allow 3 working days after the despatch notification email is sent. All orders are sent via 1st class royal mail delivery unless an alternative delivery option is selected. Please note some orders will require a signature on arrival.

Q. When will you respond to my message?

A. At 'Shop4accessories' we try to respond to every message received within 24 hours. However, if you do not receive a reply to your message within 48 hours then by all means contact 'Customer Services' on 01782 377600.

Q. Can I change my delivery address?

A. You can specify the address where you would like your product to be delivered to at the point of order. Once email confirmation has been issued it is not possible to change your delivery address. Should you have a problem at this point in the transaction you should contact 'Customer Services' on 01782 377600.

Q. Can I collect my order in person?

A. Yes. Our offices are open 'Mon-Fri 9am till 5pm' however, please contact us in advance so that we do not ship the item prior to your arrival.
